About The Position

This trainee position is accountable for safely and efficiently receiving, unloading, and storing products while maintaining first-in, first-out inventory practices to support inventory accuracy and product freshness. The role is designed to lead to employment opportunities depending on the trainee’s skills, abilities, and work habits. This is a safety-sensitive position because of its physical requirements and the need for continual alertness in the work environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position and maintain continual alertness in a safety-sensitive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement approved Company programs and policies.
• Safely and accurately unload, rotate, and store products in a timely manner.
• Assist with completing the loading of each truck’s refrigerated items, such as kegs.
• Learn to read and use product coding to monitor product freshness.
• Assist warehouse team members with moving product as needed.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to learn the skills and work habits needed for success.
• Practice safe lifting and pulling techniques.
• Participate in cleaning and organizing the warehouse each night.
