RCM Supervisor

Osmind
Remote

About The Position

Osmind is the leading platform purpose-built for interventional psychiatry practices. Revenue Cycle Management is one of our fastest-growing service lines, helping practices get paid correctly and on time for complex billing scenarios. We are building a modern, technology-forward RCM operation and seeking a supervisor to lead the team. The RCM Supervisor is a working, player-coach leader responsible for the day-to-day performance, development, and quality output of our Benefit Verification & Prior Authorization Specialists and our Accounts Receivable Specialists. This is a hands-on role where you will spend meaningful time performing benefit verifications, pushing prior authorizations, chasing complex AR, and modeling best practices for the team. You will report to the Director of Revenue Cycle Management and collaborate with RCM Account Managers, customers, and cross-functional leadership. You will coach, mentor, and develop your team through structured 1-on-1s, live QA, clear standards, and consistent feedback, while also being able to jump in during escalations or represent Osmind on customer calls when needed.

  • Proficiency in metrics such as clean claim rate, DSO, denial rate by payer, PA turnaround, VOB accuracy, and AR aging, and the ability to use reports for coaching and answering questions.

  • Experience working at a growth-stage company with shifting priorities and evolving tools.
  • Tech-savvy and curious, learning new software quickly and being excited about technology and change.
  • Strong communication skills: clear, professional, and confident.
