We are seeking an experienced and client-focused RCM Service Manager to join our Revenue Cycle Management team. This role serves as the primary relationship owner for assigned clients and is accountable for overall client health, operational performance, revenue cycle outcomes, and service satisfaction. The RCM Service Manager partners closely with internal billing, claims, coding, vendor, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate revenue cycle execution. This individual will lead strategic client conversations, monitor key performance indicators, identify risks, drive corrective action plans, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This is a highly visible role requiring strong leadership, analytical skills, operational expertise, and the ability to build trusted client partnerships.
