About The Position

Leap is hiring an RCM Analyst to join its Revenue Cycle Management team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, RCM, the analyst owns day-to-day billing work to ensure infusion treatments are billed accurately and on time. The team combines AI-assisted invoice review with careful human review. As billing volume is expected to grow several times over in 2027, the analyst will also help develop processes that enable a small team to manage that growth. The role is suited to a billing professional who enjoys high-volume, detail-heavy work and wants to grow with a fast-moving healthcare company.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in medical billing, claims processing, or revenue cycle.
• Working knowledge of HCPCS, especially J-codes, CPT, and ICD-10.
• Strong attention to detail across high-volume, repetitive work.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Clear written communication and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines independently.

Nice To Haves

• Specialty pharmacy, infusion, or home-health billing experience.
• Experience with payer portals or clearinghouses, such as Availity or Waystar.
• ERA/EOB processing experience.
• Familiarity with HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Ingest nursing and pharmacy invoices, review them in an AI-assisted billing platform, and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Build and submit clean claims to payers and TPAs accurately and on time.
• Post payments, including ERA/EOB reconciliation, and help close each month's billing.
• Maintain accurate treatment details, HCPCS/CPT codes, and encounter information in billing trackers and systems.
• Work with clinical and care teams to obtain missing information before submission deadlines.
• Flag trends, errors, and process gaps to the RCM lead to help automate and scale processes.
