RBT For 6 Year Old Boy (Mon-Thu: 8-3, Fri: 9-12)
About The Position
BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking dedicated individuals to work as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Behavior Technicians (BTs) providing 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with autism or developmental delays. This role involves working directly in clients' homes, implementing play-based ABA techniques designed by a BCBA to help children develop daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence. You will work consistently with the same children, supporting their progress in their natural environments. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that requires patience, energy, and creativity, with training and support provided to meet each child's unique needs.
Requirements
- Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism.)
- Afternoon/evening availability
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check

Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques
- Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA)
- Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet
- Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective
- Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together
