RBT For 9 Year Old Boy (Mon-Wed: 10-2, Thu: 10-1)
About The Position
BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking dedicated individuals to work as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Behavior Technicians (BTs) providing 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with autism or developmental delays. This role involves working directly in clients' homes, focusing on building daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence through play-based ABA techniques designed by a licensed BCBA. You will work consistently with the same children, helping them make progress in their everyday environments. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that requires patience, energy, and creativity. Training and support will be provided to meet each child's unique needs.
Requirements
- Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism).
- ABA experience a plus!
- Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus).
- Reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques.
- Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA).
- Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet.
- Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective.
- Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together.
