About The Position
BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In this role, you will provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with autism or developmental delays in their homes. Your primary goal will be to help these children develop essential daily living skills, improve communication, foster independence, and build confidence through play-based ABA techniques designed by a licensed BCBA. You will work consistently with the same children, supporting their progress in their natural environments. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where your patience, energy, and creativity can make a significant difference in a child's life.
Requirements
- Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism).
- Afternoon/evening availability.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques.
- Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans created by a BCBA supervisor.
- Track progress during each session using an easy data system on a phone or tablet.
- Collaborate with BCBA supervisors and fellow technicians to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Provide feedback to families about session progress and celebrate achievements.
