About The Position

Milestone Achievements ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy services in Milledgeville, Georgia. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the RBT provides one-to-one instruction to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or related developmental disabilities in home, school, or community settings. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:15–7:15 p.m. The position is part-time. Requirements

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service to clients and their families.
Personal means of transportation.
Willingness to seek feedback, supervision, and ongoing training.
Compassion and patience toward children with disabilities and their families.

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic ABA principles and teaching procedures.
Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions.
Collect detailed behavior and skill-acquisition data during sessions and enter it into an electronic device.
Log all hours and data accurately.
Perform other related duties as required.
