Join a small, independent, multidisciplinary clinic in Charlotte, North Carolina, providing behavior therapy to young children. The role focuses on helping children achieve their goals through individualized sessions, collecting data on progress, and building strong relationships with families. Services take place in one-on-one and small-group settings, with a focus on each child’s needs and neurodiversity-affirming care.

The clinic emphasizes sustainable workloads, offering fewer than 30 direct billable hours per week, paid cancellations, full-time hours, and paid drive time between appointments. Technicians receive direct, hands-on supervision from experienced professionals and work within a close-knit, collaborative team. The clinic offers a full benefits package and a $500 signing bonus.

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
