About The Position
Milestone Achievements ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services in Milledgeville, Georgia. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the RBT provides one-to-one instruction to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or related developmental disabilities in home, school, or community settings. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:30–6:30 p.m. The role is part-time.
Requirements
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
- Be a team player and provide excellent customer service to clients and their families.
- Have personal means of transportation.
- Seek feedback, supervision, and ongoing training.
- Demonstrate compassion and patience toward children with disabilities and their families.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic ABA principles and teaching procedures.
- Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions.
- Collect detailed behavior and skill-acquisition data during sessions and enter it into an electronic device.
- Log all hours and data accurately.
- Perform other related duties as required.
