About The Position

We are looking for an competent Control Coordinator to perform supportive duties in controlling raw materials for the General Affairs Unit of the Corporate Management Team.

Requirements

bachelor’s degree OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience (e.g., Associate degree plus 2+ years of related experience, or 4+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree)
good command of written and spoken English
Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
Management of Material Resources - Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work
Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Clerical - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
Monitoring - Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action

supply chain or logistics major or advanced degree in a related field
previous relevant experience
previous experience in warehousing or manufacturing logistics

Responsibilities

Schedule and monitor the deliveries and pickups for Raw Material Warehouse
Record data in inventory control systems
Audit material receiving process
Monitor inventory levels against requirements
Assist Group Lead, Sr. Specialist, and Specialist with documentation and communication
Participate in monthly physical count of materials
Prepare monthly summaries of inventories and material consumption
Accumulate and organize receiving documents for retention
Verify warehouse operations conform to standards
Perform other duties as assigned by management
