About The Position

The Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator will organize and coordinate inventory and warehouse operations and procedures in the Menomonie, WI location. This person will be a key customer service representative and will support the general upkeep of the premises. This person is also responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments of parts and inventory.

  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to lift, handle and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the movement of inventory in and out of the warehouse keeping it organized and correct in the system.
  • Load and unload all inbound and outbound freight.
  • Operate forklift equipment in a safe and professional manner.
  • Coordinate the receiving of goods, including entering information accurately into database.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, orderly, and efficient warehouse space.
  • Re-package hygiene products, including cleaning and preparing containers returned from customers.
  • Wash shells, load liners, clean and wash misc. equipment, as needed.
  • Manage warehouse inventory to maximize turnover and minimize unused product.
  • Aid in preparing inventory for use by service, route and install technicians as directed by supervisor.
  • Ship outgoing parts.
  • Record all warranty returns so they are properly received back into inventory. All warranty items to need to be tagged and returned to the vendor within 15 days of their arrival at the warehouse.
  • Assist manager in purchasing inventory.
  • Pick up product from local vendors and deliver to shop or farms, as directed.
  • Maintain and clean the warehouse, parts area, and outdoor area to reflect a positive image.
  • Attend continued education training as agreed upon with the SSM.
  • Complete other duties and tasks as requested by supervisor.
