Students at FPU Only - Raven Sports Network Assistant Producers AY26-27
About The Position
The Fitzwater Center is seeking 8 students to work as Assistant Producers for the Raven Sports Network. Assistant Producers will work with a team of camera operators for one specific sport per season, including field hockey, men's soccer, women's soccer, and football in the fall. The role involves ensuring FloSport content requirements are met, which includes preparing a run-of-show, loading graphics, attending production meetings, managing equipment inventory and setup, handling audio and switching content during games, monitoring talent, and professionally tearing down and returning equipment.
Requirements
- Must be a student at FPU.
- RSN members experienced in sports media technology.
- Must be on call for unexpected situations (sick staff, change of game time, etc.).
- Must be able to drive a van or shuttle for RSN to transport equipment and/or students/staff.

- Students with Federal Work Study are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a run-of-show for each game.
- Load graphics by Friday morning production meetings.
- Attend all production meetings.
- Take inventory of equipment.
- Transport equipment to the press box.
- Set up all equipment on FloSport deadline (one hour before gametime).
- Handle audio and switching content during the game.
- Monitor talent.
- Tear down equipment in a professional manner.
- Return equipment to the Fitzwater Center.
