About The Position

Grey Street Consulting, LLC (Grey Street), a leading small business provider of Human Capital operational support services to Federal civilian and defense agencies, is seeking to hire a Program & Data Specialist to support our prospective client within the 89th Airlift Wing Recruiting Assessment & Selection Data (RASD). RASD is located at Joint Base Andrews. Candidates need to be agreeable to the possibility of the government returning staff on-site, potentially multiple days per pay period in the future. This position is contingent upon award.

Requirements

  • Manage analytics, code and work with software, programs, websites and product generation.
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, office management, recruiting support, customer service, or a similar coordination-heavy role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools for drafting emails, summarizing notes, organizing information, and improving workflow efficiency.
  • Operate a PC and phone in an office environment.
  • Work in a primarily sedentary position.
  • Perform some bending, light lifting, and carrying of equipment may be required.
  • Any additional office equipment that is required by the position.

Responsibilities

  • Provide all required applicant data packages, scoring rubrics, and meeting materials to board members no later than 24 hours prior to the start of preselection and selection meetings.
  • Oversee the master timeline for all A&S events, ensuring all critical milestones are met and applicable data is provided to the board members and graders.
  • Oversee all aspects of data collection, including scores and candidate applications submission and records.
  • Compile and provide data to the board for pre-selection applicant meeting.
  • Compile and provide data to the board for candidate assessment & selection week.
  • Compile and provide all data collected from pre-selection through A&S for utilization during the selection board.
  • Create and management candidates applicants products.
  • Create and monitor the process for applicant crossflow and retrain applications.
  • Conduct applicant research by contacting each applicant's current and past supervisors, peers, and subordinates to complete the standardized feedback rubric.
  • Manage the crossflow and retrain crew members research on applicants by contracting their supervisors, peers and subordinates.
  • Synthesize feedback and create a consolidated report for each applicant to be presented to the selection board.
  • Ensure collection and storage of current 89 AW aircrew members as they are completing their final out or exit interview prior to departing to another duty station. This will include contacting their current supervisor, peers, subordinates and scheduling shop.
  • Protect all collected applicant research in accordance with the Privacy Act and CUI requirements. Any unauthorized disclosure of applicant information is strictly prohibited.
  • Submit the final roster of selected personnel and required selection documentation to AFPC within 2 business days following the conclusion of the selection board.
  • Ensure Chief Pilots and AFPC are tracking selected personnel.
  • Serve as the liaison between the 89 WG/RASD office and contracted software providers that facilitate application and selection metrics for updates, modifications, or issues. These will be government funded and the contractor will initiate/track requests.
  • Coordinate the creation of accounts for the contracted software. These will be government funded and the contractor will initiate/track requests.
  • Serve as the central coordinator for the Operational Psychologist team.
  • Manage administrative aspects of selection board volunteers, including scheduling and communication.
  • Assist applicants with issues with the contracted software.
  • Coordinated with the Recruiting and Assessment and Selection Section for Program and Event Management, Data Management, and Analytics.
  • Create and distribute products for selected individuals, including Operational Psychologist test materials.
  • Create and distribute applicant applications and the corresponding grading rubrics to the board members no later than 3 business days following the applicant submission due date.
  • Create and distribute digital "Blue Books" for the board no later than one week prior to the frrst event.
  • Create and distribute digital "White Books" for applicants.
