About The Position

Pfizer Inc., founded in 1849, is a leading biopharmaceutical company dedicated to improving human life through scientific ingenuity. Our purpose is to discover, develop, and deliver medicines and vaccines that address unmet needs, build trust through quality and integrity, and reach patients via strong healthcare system partnerships. The Rare Disease – Hemophilia Sales organization specifically aims to enhance the lives of individuals with hemophilia by connecting scientific innovation with healthcare providers and systems. We operate with integrity and a focus on patient needs, compliantly promoting Pfizer Hemophilia therapies, educating customers on appropriate use, and mitigating access and care coordination challenges to ensure patients can initiate and maintain optimal therapy. Our efforts lead to improved patient outcomes and a higher standard of care within the hemophilia community. This involves supporting appropriate diagnosis, referral to Hemophilia Treatment Centers (HTCs), therapy initiation, and persistence by engaging hematologists, HTC multidisciplinary teams, and allied care partners. We also reinforce evidence-based value narratives using approved materials to support informed clinical decision-making and partner across the matrix with HTCs, specialty pharmacies, payers, and ancillary sites to streamline therapy starts, reimbursement navigation, and continuity of care.
