About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a casual Response Security Officer for varying assignments and special events in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The officer may perform customer service, patrol, surveillance, and other security duties, adapting to changing needs. The schedule varies, and the officer must have open availability to cover call-offs across first, second, and third shifts, as well as weekends and holidays. The role pays $17.00 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Open availability to cover call-offs across first, second, and third shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle report.
• Must be over age 21.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Responsive with strong problem-solving skills.
• State security license if required.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
