About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Rapid Response Security Officer to provide flexible security coverage in Springfield, Tennessee. Duties and assignments vary by day and special event and may include customer service, patrols, and surveillance. The officer must adapt to changing assignments and cover call-offs. The schedule varies, and open availability is required for first, second, and third shifts, weekends, and holidays.

The position pays $20.00 per hour. GardaWorld provides a uniform at no cost and offers career growth opportunities. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Military service, or at least 6 months of law enforcement experience, or at least 6 months of armed corrections experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle report.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass an extensive screening process.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Responsive with strong problem-solving skills.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to identify suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
