About The Position

The SPRINT Program Manager oversees Triumph’s Strengthening Pathways for Rapid Integration to Treatment (SPRINT) initiative, providing leadership, coordination, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality, timely, and person-centered care across the rapid response continuum. This role manages the day-to-day functioning of the SPRINT program, including supervision of Rapid Response Peers, coordination with the program ARNP, and integration of supportive services such as insurance navigation, admissions, and transportation. The Manager ensures that individuals experiencing overdose, substance-related crises, or high-risk events receive rapid engagement, warm handoffs, and seamless connection to treatment and recovery services. Working in collaboration with EMS, hospitals, shelters, community outreach partners, and internal clinical teams, the SPRINT Program Manager maintains strong cross system relationships to support rapid response operations and improve community outcomes related to overdose prevention, engagement after crisis, and access to care. This position is responsible for staff supervision, workflow development, performance monitoring, and compliance with state, local, and grant requirements related to mobile crisis response, peer support, and behavioral health integration. The Manager provides operational leadership that supports safe, effective, trauma-informed services aligned with Triumph’s mission, values, and evidence-based practice standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; significant relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Experience in a health-related or human services field strongly preferred, such as: First responder services (medical, fire, law enforcement), Behavioral health, Social work or case management, Healthcare, Housing or shelter services
  • Prior formal management experience is not required, though candidates must demonstrate leadership potential and readiness to operate in a complex system.
  • Valid drivers license and vehicle insurance
  • Current SUDP or higher-level behavioral health credential in Washington is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day program coordination and operational oversight for the SPRINT and Rapid Response initiatives including the support of cross-department collaboration and problem solving.
  • Support development, implementation, and refinement of program workflows and protocols in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Coordinate efforts of Rapid Response peers and support alignment with clinical, transport, admissions, and non-clinical partners as appropriate.
  • Ensure consistent communication, documentation, and follow-through across program activities.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with first responders, Yakima EMS, and community-based organizations and represent the program in community coalitions, task forces, and workgroups.
  • Serve as a visible and trusted external-facing representative of the program and organization.
  • Manage deliverables tied to multiple grants, ensuring timelines, requirements, and outcomes are met; as well as collaborate with internal departments to ensure reporting compliance.
  • Coordinate with data analytics and evaluation partners to support accurate data collection, reporting, and evaluation.
  • Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including Rapid Response teams, peers, ARNPs, internal departments, and external partners.
  • Translate high-level goals and grant requirements into actionable, day-to-day tasks.
