We’ve activated brand experiences for T-Mobile, MTV, and YouTube, and partnered with state and local governments on civic campaigns such as LA vs. Hate and Safer at Work. We are also recognized as one of the largest producers of public art in the country, designing and installing massive-scale, high-visibility projects that engage communities, transform public spaces, and spark cultural conversations. TaskForce is seeking a Rapid Response & Guerrilla Marketing Manager to help execute fast-moving, high-impact field activations that respond to cultural and political moments in real time. This is a highly tactical, execution-focused role designed for someone who thrives in urgency — managing multiple activations at once, coordinating vendors and field teams, and ensuring that ideas move from concept to street quickly and efficiently. You will play a critical role in operationalizing our rapid response work — from sourcing materials and managing vendors, to coordinating capture teams and ensuring deliverables are organized, on time, and ready for digital amplification. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply organized, resourceful, and energized by fast-paced, reactive work that demands both precision and the ability to move quickly without losing rigor.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in experiential marketing, guerrilla marketing, field operations, or production coordination.
  • Experience working on fast-paced campaigns with tight turnarounds and shifting priorities.
  • Strong vendor sourcing instincts and experience managing external partners.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience coordinating content capture teams and managing content deliverables.
  • Comfortable working in reactive environments where plans evolve quickly.
  • Clear communicator who can manage up, across, and with external partners effectively.
  • Solutions-oriented, and proactive — you figure things out quickly and keep work moving forward.

Responsibilities

  • Execute fast-turn activations including wildposting, projections, and street team deployments on tight timelines.
  • Able and willing to travel frequently, including sometimes on short notice, to support activations across multiple markets.
  • Coordinate daily with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on messaging, timing, and locations.
  • Research locations for wildpostings in national markets and put together maps for the guerrilla teams.
  • Collaborate with the design team on install and capture decks ensuring proper install order and guidelines are followed.
  • Manage on-the-ground logistics to ensure activations are deployed accurately and efficiently.
  • Track timelines and ensure all moving pieces are advancing in real time.
  • Support research and sourcing of print, guerrilla teams, content capture vendors to streamline production workflows.
  • Build and maintain a strong, go-to rolodex of vendors, including printers, fabricators, photographers, videographers, drone operators, and local producers across key markets.
  • Stay on top of pricing trends and production costs for print materials such as posters and wheatpaste glue.
  • Communicate daily with internal team members to ensure printing timelines and delivery locations are executed correctly.
  • Hire and coordinate photographers, videographers, and capture teams for activations.
  • Create and distribute approved capture briefs and decks to all hired crew.
  • Ensure all capture teams are properly onboarded into crew management systems (e.g., SimpleCrew) and assigned to the correct locations.
  • Track and manage capture deliverables to ensure assets are submitted on time and organized properly for internal use.
  • Support invoicing processes by ensuring vendors and crew are properly onboarded and paid on time.
  • Add and track costs within internal budget documents to maintain accurate visibility into campaign spend.
  • Assist in reconciling expenses across multiple simultaneous activations.
  • Build and maintain Asana workflows for all activations to ensure clear task ownership and timelines.
  • Create wrap decks for each activation, summarizing execution, outcomes, and key learnings.
  • Continuously improve internal systems to support faster, more efficient, rapid response execution.
