TaskForce builds capacity and community for the most influential nonprofits, brands, and people taking on the most pressing challenges facing our state, our nation, and our world. Over the past decade, TaskForce has produced some of the most ambitious and high-impact experiential campaigns in the country ranging from political and cultural events like Hotties for Harris and the Hope Campaign, to tours and activations for leading nonprofits such as the League of Conservation Voters and March for Our Lives. We’ve activated brand experiences for T-Mobile, MTV, and YouTube, and partnered with state and local governments on civic campaigns such as LA vs. Hate and Safer at Work. We are also recognized as one of the largest producers of public art in the country, designing and installing massive-scale, high-visibility projects that engage communities, transform public spaces, and spark cultural conversations. TaskForce is seeking a Rapid Response & Guerrilla Marketing Manager to help execute fast-moving, high-impact field activations that respond to cultural and political moments in real time. This is a highly tactical, execution-focused role designed for someone who thrives in urgency — managing multiple activations at once, coordinating vendors and field teams, and ensuring that ideas move from concept to street quickly and efficiently. You will play a critical role in operationalizing our rapid response work — from sourcing materials and managing vendors, to coordinating capture teams and ensuring deliverables are organized, on time, and ready for digital amplification. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply organized, resourceful, and energized by fast-paced, reactive work that demands both precision and the ability to move quickly without losing rigor.
