About The Position

Envoy Air is hiring a Ramp Airport Agent at Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport. This entry-level role involves handling freight, mail, and baggage safely and helping ensure on-time aircraft departures and arrivals. The work takes place outdoors in all weather conditions and includes operating company vehicles on the tarmac. Shifts may vary and may include irregular or extended hours, weekends, and holidays. Envoy provides paid on-the-job training and development programs. Both full-time and part-time positions are available; this posting is for a part-time role. The pay rate is $15.77 per hour.

Requirements

• Able to carry, bend, lift, and turn while handling bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Possess a valid, unexpired, unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver's license, or otherwise maintain the necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs; some license restrictions may disqualify candidates.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage safely.
• Help achieve on-time departures and arrivals.
• Transport bags to their destinations using company vehicles.
