About The Position

The Airport Agent - Ramp supports safe, on-time aircraft operations by guiding aircraft on the taxiway, handling baggage and cargo, operating ground equipment, and coordinating with the team. The role is physically demanding and performed outdoors in variable weather. It may also include cleaning aircraft interiors and servicing aircraft lavatories.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver's license, or otherwise maintain the authority and identification needed for business travel; some license restrictions may preclude consideration.
Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, overnights, weekends, and holidays, with rotating days off.
Flexibility to work additional hours on short notice when operationally necessary.
Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn while handling bags and other items weighing up to 75 pounds.
Willingness and ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
Enjoy working under deadlines and performing physical outdoor work, with an interest in the airline industry.
Ability to read, write, speak fluently, and understand English.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Guide incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway so they reach or leave their gates safely and on time.
Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo or freight, and company materials, including items weighing up to 75 pounds.
Drive ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts to support aircraft movement and baggage delivery.
Collaborate with the internal team to support safe, on-time departures.
May clean aircraft interiors and clean and service aircraft lavatories.
