About The Position

Envoy Air, an American Airlines Group Company, is hiring Ramp Airport Agents at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. This entry-level position requires no prior experience and includes paid on-the-job training and development. Agents load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage safely while supporting on-time departures and arrivals. The work takes place outdoors in all weather conditions and involves operating company vehicles on the tarmac. Shifts may vary and include irregular or extended hours, weekends, and holidays. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. The listed pay rate is $17.86 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Must have a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver's license, or otherwise maintain all necessary authority and identification for business travel; some license restrictions may prohibit consideration.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage safely.
• Help achieve on-time departures and arrivals.
• Move bags to their destinations using company vehicles on the tarmac.
