About The Position
The Radiology Technology Assistant supports the Radiology team at Henry Ford Health’s Warren campus by performing clerical, technical, and patient-related duties. Responsibilities include helping patients check in and prepare for exams, providing education and support during procedures, and transporting patients to and from imaging areas. The assistant also helps prepare exam rooms and equipment and collaborates with team members to support an efficient workflow. The role is part of a collaborative environment focused on compassionate care and quality imaging services.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Healthcare Provider (BLS) certification required upon hire or during orientation.
Nice To Haves
- Medical knowledge and terminology.
- One year of clinical experience.
Responsibilities
