About The Position
The Radiology Technologist operates radiography equipment to perform a variety of imaging radiological procedures according to protocol. The technologist prepares rooms, supplies, and equipment for patient and physician use and performs other duties as assigned. This is a full-time position with a rotating shift. Qualified candidates may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000, paid over 24 months. Good Samaritan Medical Center is a 333-bed acute care hospital serving Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast as part of the Palm Beach Health Network. The hospital uses advanced robotic technologies and provides general surgery, cancer care, and emergency medical services.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
- Licensed Radiologic Technologist in the State of Florida (HRS).
- Current CPR (BCLS) certification.
