About The Position
This temporary, six-month per diem role provides ancillary support to technical staff to enhance efficiency and productivity. The Tech Aide supports daily operations and procedures in the Radiology/Emergency department. The aide takes direction from technical staff and reports ultimately to the appropriate supervisor.
Requirements
- Able to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing.
- Good understanding of body mechanics related to patient transfers and transporting.
- Basic computer skills.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification is required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous work experience in a like environment is highly preferred.
