About The Position
The Radiology Tech performs diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with department protocols and applicable HFAP, TJC, local, CMS, state, and federal requirements. The role serves as a first-line interface with customers and supports their imaging needs. The technologist participates in performance improvement and quality control activities and is responsible for processing and transmitting images to PACS.
Requirements
- State licensure and fluoroscopy permit, as required by the state.
- ARRT-R certification.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations.
- Current BCLS (AHA).
- Proficient computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist is preferred.
