About The Position

Radiology Tech Full-Time Position Overnight Shift - Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday Flexible Scheduling = 4 x 10 hour shifts Job Summary: Arranges patients for radiological examinations Produces radiographs (x-rays) to aid in the diagnosis of medical problems Prevents patient from being exposed to unnecessary radiation Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job Works under immediate supervision A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required Typically reports to a chief technologist or manager Will be crossed trained as CT Tech Odessa Regional Medical Center was founded in 1975 as Odessa Women’s and Children’s Hospital. Requirements

Associate's degree from an accredited program required
Registration as a technologist by the A.R.R.T. required
Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
3+ years of experience preferred
