About The Position

We are currently hiring a CNA for a Part-time position in our assisted living community, Friday and Saturday nights, 11pm-7am. Requirements

Basic computer skills
Self-starter capable of working independently
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
High tolerance for working under pressure and managing critical situations calmly
Good communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff, family members, and professionals, and to convey sensitive information with empathy.
Positive and compassionate attitude
Genuine love for the elderly
Food handler's permit, CPR/First Aid certification, and a TB test are required upon hire.
Must pass a criminal background check due to past felonies.

Nice To Haves

CNA certification (though not required, possibility to obtain while working)
Experience as a CNA or Med Tech
At least one year of caregiving experience
CNA certification

Responsibilities

Assisting our elderly residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Document and notify the Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) and nurse of any changes or concerns regarding the residents' conditions.
Other duties will be assigned by the Administrator or RCC.
