About The Position

This is a 13-week travel temporary assignment supporting the hospital's radiology department in performing specialized procedures and standard radiographic exams. The role is based in a hospital imaging setting in Bozeman, MT.

Requirements

Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program through the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP).
American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (OB/GYN) certification.
ARDMS Fetal Echocardiography (FE) registry.
Ability to work in a hospital imaging environment.
Travel assignment eligibility.

Nice To Haves

Two years of related work experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine or a high-risk obstetrics setting.

Responsibilities

Perform radiographic imaging and specialized procedures under physician orders and supervision.
Position patients, select appropriate imaging modalities and equipment, and ensure high-quality diagnostic images.
Verify patient information, document procedures, and upload images into the patient record and PACS/Viewpoint systems as required.
Maintain radiation safety and infection control standards; prepare and sterilize procedure rooms and equipment; assist with room turnover.
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and clinical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure timely imaging and reporting.
Provide patient education and support before, during, and after procedures; communicate findings appropriately to the care team.
