About The Position
Central Maine Healthcare is hiring a full-time Radiology Tech I at Central Maine Medical Center. The role performs diagnostic radiographic procedures according to department protocols and applicable HFAP, TJC, local, state, federal, and CMS regulations. The technologist serves as a first-line interface with customers, supports their imaging needs, participates in performance improvement and quality control activities, and processes and transmits images to PACS. The position works evenings. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available to qualified candidates; eligibility and payout terms apply and are discussed during the interview process.
Requirements
- State licensure and fluoroscopy permit, as required by the state.
- ARRT-R certification is required.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations.
- Current BCLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Proficient computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist is preferred.
