About The Position

This is a travel Radiology Tech - CT Tech assignment in Lodi, California. The assignment is for 13 weeks, with a start date of 10/05/2026. The role is in a short-term acute care hospital setting and focuses on computed tomography imaging, with the possibility of supporting general radiography and fluoroscopy. The shift is typically evenings, starting around 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week.

Requirements

ARRT-registered RT (R)(CT)(ARRT) or RT (R)(ARRT)
CA Radiologic Tech license required
Advanced Certification in CT required
Basic Life Support (BLS) from an approved vendor
CA fluoroscopy license required if operating fluoroscopy
Venipuncture certification required if performing contrast injections
At least two years of recent experience in radiologic technology
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital imaging department
Eligible for CA licensure and able to travel as a travel assignment

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology
EPIC experience preferred

Responsibilities

Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for radiologist interpretation.
Perform additional imaging procedures as needed, including general radiography and fluoroscopy.
Use PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images to the appropriate location and ensure image quality.
Maintain accurate patient records, files and billing information; adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines.
Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of imaging equipment; manage supply inventory.
Collaborate with the radiology team and support other modalities (e.g., X-ray, OR) when proficient.
