About The Position

Conducts general diagnostic radiological imaging studies of patients in an ambulatory setting, within the scope of demonstrated competency, under the direction of a qualified physician. Performs chest, abdominal, extremity, and spine radiological imaging studies, including operation of equipment, development of films, and preparation of patient room and equipment under the direct supervision of a registered Radiologic Technologist. Provides clinical support, including documentation and duties such as managing IV lines and performing lab work.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a formal education program accredited by the ARRT and have completed at least 2 semesters.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• IV certification preferred or certified within 90 days.
