About The Position

The Radiology Assistant provides general assistance and support to the technologists and the radiology team. This role performs a variety of tasks to enhance the flow of patients, supplies, and information within the Imaging/Radiology department. Responsibilities include exam room preparation, stock/inventory maintenance, patient transport coordination, and some clerical duties as needed.

Requirements

• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Clerical, typing and computer experience

Nice To Haves

• PAC S experience preferred
• Experience in dealing with sick and elderly patients preferred
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred
