About The Position

Growing, physician-founded private group is actively seeking a Radiologist for Swing or Night Teleradiology coverage! This is a 100% remote role. The group is physician-owned and physician-led, founded by two radiologists who still actively read with the group. They cover radiology needs across 14 states with a staff of over 100 radiologists and 75 employees. This is a privately owned, physician-run practice, not owned by private equity or outside investors. This role involves teleradiology, reading a broad range of cases, including significant ED and trauma volume. The group covers Swing or Overnight shifts that start around 3pm CST or 7pm CST. Typical shifts are 6-8 hours, with options for 7on/7off or 7on/14off schedules. The group is seeking 60 hours of coverage per month, with zero call or after-hours expectations. Operations and IT support are available 24/7, and other radiologists are always available for second opinions or difficult cases. An equitable distribution system ensures similar volume and compensation opportunities for all radiologists, with no cherry-picking by senior doctors. The operations team handles alerting hospitals for critical findings and all backend work.
