About The Position

Growing physician-founded private group is currently seeking a Radiologist for Swing or Night Teleradiology work! This is a fully remote opportunity. The group is physician-owned and physician-led, co-founded by 2 Radiologists who continue to work with the group. They render Radiology services in 14 states and employ over 100 Radiologists and 75 employees. This is an independent Radiologist practice still run by physicians, not owned by private equity or outside investors. This role involves diagnostic radiologists working 100% teleradiology, reading a broad range of cases, including significant ED and trauma volume. The group covers Swing or Overnight shifts that start around 3pm CST or 7pm CST. Typical shifts are 6-8 hours. Shift options include 7on/7off or 7on/14off. The group is seeking 60 hours of coverage per month. There is zero call or after-hours expectation; once your shift ends, you are done working. The group provides 24/7 operations and IT support, with other Radiologists always available for second opinions or difficult cases. An equitable distribution system of reads ensures similar volume and compensation opportunities for all, with no cherry-picking by senior doctors. If a critical finding is detected, the operations team handles alerting the hospital and all backend work.

Requirements

• Teleradiology experience.
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Radiology.
• Eligible to acquire a state medical license.
• Ability to work independently and remote.
• Comfortable working Swing Shift, Nights, Weekends, or Holidays.
• Ability to read approximately 165 studies on an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to read approximately 50% CT, 30% Plain Film, 10% US, and 10% MR.

Nice To Haves

• Already possess a license for CA, CT, ID, IA, KS, MA, MS, NE, NV, NM, NC, OR, SC and TX.

Responsibilities
