About The Position

Physician led group seeking a fully Remote Radiologist for Swing or Night Teleradiology coverage! Growing physician founded group with a 100% remote role! Based in the Omaha, NE area, this Physician Owned and Physician Led group was founded by 2 Radiologists who still read with this group. They provide Radiology services across 14 states and employ over 100 Radiologists and 75 employees. This is a private Radiologist Practice still run by physicians, not owned by private equity or outside investors. This Teleradiology role is seeking a 100% Remote Radiologist, open to part-time or full-time hours. Diagnostic radiologists will be reading a broad range of cases, including significant ED and trauma volume. The group covers Swing or Overnight shifts that start around 3pm CST or 7pm CST. Typical shifts are 6-8 hours. There is zero call or after hours expectation. When your shift ends, you're done working. The group provides 24/7 operations and IT support, with other Radiologists always available for second opinions or difficult cases. An equitable distribution system of reads ensures everyone receives similar volume and compensation opportunities, with no cherry-picking by senior doctors. If a critical finding is detected, the operations team will handle alerting the necessary hospital and all backend work.

Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Radiology
• Eligible to acquire a state medical license
• Ability to work independently and remote
• Comfortable working Swing Shift, Nights, Weekends, or Holidays
• Must be able to cover 60 hours of coverage per month.
• Must be able to work 7on/7off or 7on/14off shift options.

Nice To Haves

• Already possess a license for CA, CT, ID, IA, KS, MA, MS, NE, NV, NM, NC, OR, SC and TX.

Responsibilities

• Provide Teleradiology coverage for Swing or Night shifts.
• Read a broad range of cases, including significant ED and trauma volume.
• Work independently and remotely.
• Read approximately 165 studies on an 8-hour shift (roughly 20 per hour).
• Read approximately 50% CT, 30% Plain Film, 10% US, 10% MR.

• Typical Night Shift Compensation: $1.3 - $1.7 million
• An 8-hour overnight shift runs roughly $5,100 to $6,800 in compensation depending on reader speed.
• Overnight hours carry a shift premium up to 50%.
• Weekends are 15%.
• $150 monthly technology stipend.
• On site training and home work station provided.
• Credentialing, licensing, and malpractice coverage all provided by the group.
