About The Position

Expanding physician-founded private group has an opening for a Radiologist, Swing or Night Teleradiology coverage! Fully remote! The group is physician owned and physician run, founded by 2 Radiologists who still interpret studies with the group. They serve 14 states with Radiology services and staff over 100 Radiologists and 75 employees. This is a private Radiologist practice still led by physicians, not owned by private equity or outside investors. This role involves 100% teleradiology, reading a broad range of cases, including significant ED and trauma volume. The group covers Swing or Overnight shifts that start around 3pm CST or 7pm CST. Typical shift is 6-8 hours. Shift options include 7on/7off or 7on/14off. The group is seeking 60 hours of coverage per month. There is zero call or after hours expectation; once the shift ends, the work is done. The group provides 24/7 operations and IT support, with other Radiologists available for second opinions or difficult cases. An equitable distribution system of reads ensures everyone receives similar volume and compensation opportunities, with no cherry picking by senior doctors. If a critical finding is detected, the operations team handles alerting the necessary hospital and all backend work.

Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Radiology
• Eligible to acquire a state medical license
• Ability to work independently and remote
• Comfortable working Swing Shift, Nights, Weekends, or Holidays
• Must be able to acquire necessary state medical licenses (group will assist)
• Must be able to work 60 hours of coverage per month
• Must be able to work 6-8 hour shifts
• Must be able to work 7on/7off or 7on/14off shift options

Nice To Haves

• Already possess a license for CA, CT, ID, IA, KS, MA, MS, NE, NV, NM, NC, OR, SC and TX

Responsibilities
