About The Position
PAM Health is seeking a Certified Radiologic Technologist to care for a diverse patient population. The role performs prescribed radiologic procedures for inpatients and outpatients and may include other related duties as assigned or requested. Weekday and weekend coverage may be needed. CT experience is preferred, but the facility is willing to train. Prior inpatient hospital experience is preferred, though candidates with a commitment and desire to learn are also considered.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Current ARRT registration.
- Current State Radiologic Technologist license in the state where the facility resides.
- Certification or licensure from an accredited school of Radiology Technology.
- Ability to read and write English at a high school level.
- Ability to use radiographic and fluoroscopic machines, a video recorder, dark room processor, film identification flasher, telephone, and computer.
Nice To Haves
- Prior inpatient hospital experience, or a desire and commitment to learn.
- CT experience; the facility is willing to train.
