About The Position

Kaiser Permanente - Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG) is actively recruiting BC/BE Radiation Oncologists to join our Department of Radiation Oncology at Kaiser Permanente in Los Angeles. The center is busy with six Varian/Siemens LINACs (TrueBeam STX, TrueBeam, Halcyon and IX), along with Brainlab ExacTrac Dynamic for SRS and surface tracking. The center has a state-of-the-art HDR brachytherapy suite with a dedicated CT and Varian/Siemens Bravos HDR Afterloader for GYN malignancies. We utilize Eclipse and Brainlab Elements for treatment planning and Aria for patient management. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a robust regional faculty practice of over 30 close-knit physicians based in desirable Southern California. The Los Angeles Medical Center is the region's largest facility—and SCPMG’s largest teaching facility—with a broad offering of primary, specialty, tertiary, and quaternary care programs for a highly diverse patient population. Despite its size, the center is remarkably compact, providing physicians with ready access to interaction and support. Our leadership is dedicated to transparency, and to providing opportunities for others to step up and have a voice. The center’s Graduate Medical Education program is another hallmark, along with our established culture of collaboration and accountability. Physician well-being is key: new hires and partners alike will find wellness events, workshops, trainings, meet-and-greets, and other opportunities to integrate, grow, and thrive—all in one of the world’s premier big cities.
