About The Position

A leading medical institution is seeking a Radiant Team Lead to provide technical and application leadership for the Radiant clinical application, support clinical users and workflows, and supervise a team of full-time employees and a contractor. This role involves leading and supporting the Radiant clinical application through its entire lifecycle, from support and design to configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer service. The Team Lead will operate with a high degree of autonomy and technical expertise, partnering closely with clinicians to understand and adapt to their needs, configure software, and develop protocols. Responsibilities also include preparing detailed specifications, resolving complex application issues, and supporting broader clinical application programs through strategy development and policy administration.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience supporting the Radiant module, specifically in a support capacity rather than implementation.
  • Experience providing application leadership and supervising or managing teams.
  • Radiant Certification is required.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical processes, documentation needs, workflows, clinical practice standards, application support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Experience working with clinicians and clinical users to adapt clinical applications, develop or adapt written protocols, prepare detailed specifications, and analyze information flow, risks, and impacts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the Radiant clinical application, including application support, design, configuration/building, testing, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer service for clinical users.
  • Provide application leadership and supervise 6 full-time employees and 1 contractor while operating with a high degree of autonomy and technical expertise.
  • Partner with clinicians and clinical users to understand clinical processes, documentation needs, workflows, and clinical practice standards, create or adapt written protocols, and configure software to meet clinical needs.
  • Prepare detailed specifications covering clinical processes, information flow, risk and impact analysis, and other requirements.
  • Resolve complex and unique application issues that may have limited precedent or structure.
  • Support broader clinical application programs through strategy development and administration of policies, processes, and resources, applying strong problem-solving skills and recognized expertise within the field.
