About The Position

Prominence Advisors is actively seeking an experienced Epic Radiant Team Lead to support one of our healthcare clients. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced Epic Radiant professional who can step into an established environment, provide stability and direction to the team, and help keep priorities moving forward. Requirements

  • Current Epic Radiant certification
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting, implementing, and/or optimizing Epic Radiant
  • Previous experience serving as a team lead, application lead, or senior-level Radiant analyst with responsibility for guiding the work of others
  • Strong understanding of radiology workflows and the operational processes supported by Epic Radiant
  • Ability to quickly assess an existing environment, build relationships, and provide leadership with minimal ramp-up
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a complex healthcare environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently drive work forward
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Collaborative, flexible approach and willingness to remain hands-on when needed
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

  • Consulting experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and direction for an Epic Radiant team
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex Radiant issues
  • Help prioritize and coordinate team workload, projects, enhancements, and ongoing support
  • Partner with clinical, operational, technical, and IT leaders to understand needs and translate them into effective Epic solutions
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts while helping maintain accountability and momentum across the team
  • Support planning, design, build, testing, implementation, optimization, and maintenance activities within Epic Radiant
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and barriers and proactively drive issues toward resolution
  • Help ensure work is delivered with a high level of quality and aligns with organizational standards and priorities
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders and provide visibility into progress, priorities, and challenges
