About The Position

Gunstock is seeking Race Time Keepers for the winter season. The Race Time Keeper manages timing software, records times for various ski racing activities, and makes announcements during races. The role also supports the Corporate Race program, handles race registration and fees, oversees timing and scoring, and calculates and posts final race results.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 3–5 years of computer work experience.
• Proficiency in data entry in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a ski racer is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the Corporate Race program annual Captains Meeting.
• Aid in Corporate Race program team registration and bib distribution.
• Collect team race fees during registration.
• Perform data entry for race activities.
• Manage timing software, team records, individual scoring, and cumulative scoring.
• Oversee the timing system for race activities across different programs.
• Announce racers’ timing on the PA system.
• Calculate and post final race results.
