About The Position

The House Keeper maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the Naturpak facility, including production areas, restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and common areas. The role supports GMP compliance and helps create a positive workplace for employees.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Initiative and ability to identify and complete tasks independently.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to start as early as 6:30 AM; overtime is possible.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach to clean all areas of the facility.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment and vacuums safely.

Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, mop, sweep, and vacuum assigned areas, and remove trash and waste.
• Clean and restock restrooms, locker rooms, conference rooms, offices, and the breakroom.
• Perform periodic deep cleaning, including washing walls and cleaning vents and blinds.
• Respond promptly and safely to spills and unexpected incidents.
• Operate floor cleaning machines, buffers, and wet/dry vacuums.
• Follow SDS, safety, and environmental procedures, including required PPE.
