As an R&D Kitchen Operations Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping the kitchen organized, stocked, and running efficiently while supporting the broader product development process. This role offers a front-row seat to how new products are tested and executed behind the scenes.

Responsibilities
- Support daily kitchen operations, including prep, organization, and cleaning
- Assist with ingredient handling, inventory, and restocking
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized workspace
- Follow structured processes, checklists, and food safety standards
- Provide support during product testing and occasional showings
- Assist with light warehouse coordination when needed
