About The Position

This is a 12-week learning experience in Sherwin-Williams' Global Supply Chain R&D Division at its Minneapolis, Minnesota site, beginning May 24, 2027. Interns are assigned to a specific lab and given a mentor. They participate on a project team, complete a technical project and present it at the end of the assignment, and receive periodic performance reviews. The program also includes networking and learning events and opportunities to gain experience working in groups with other interns and co-ops.

Requirements

• Be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) at the time of the internship.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Be willing to work up to 40 hours per week for 12 weeks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have a minimum GPA of 2.8.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a Sherwin-Williams R&D internship or co-op program.
• Be a rising or current sophomore, junior, or senior at a college or university at the start of the internship.
