About The Position

This 12-week internship is a learning experience in Sherwin-Williams’ Global Supply Chain R&D Division at its Minneapolis, Minnesota site. Interns are assigned to a specific lab and provided with a mentor. They participate actively on a project team, complete a technical project and present it at the end of the assignment, and receive periodic performance reviews. The program also includes networking and learning events and opportunities to gain experience working in groups alongside other interns and co-ops. The internship begins May 24, 2027, and requires availability for up to 40 hours per week for 12 weeks. Job duties involve contact with employees and access to confidential or proprietary information and other items of value; access may be supervised or unsupervised. The company states that it conducts criminal-history reviews to protect its business, operations, reputation, staff, and business relationships.

Requirements

Be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) at the time of the internship.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring employment-visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Be willing to work up to 40 hours per week for 12 weeks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Have a minimum GPA of 2.8.

Nice To Haves

Be a rising or current sophomore, junior, or senior at a college or university when the internship begins.
