About The Position

This entry-level internship starts in Summer 2027 and provides a realistic preview of life as an Associate Buyer at Target. The intern will apply strategic, analytical, and collaborative skills to support business results and help deliver products to guests anytime and anywhere. The role includes managing a project from start to finish and presenting its results to business leadership at the end of the summer. The intern will gain insight into the day-to-day work of an Associate Buyer, including supporting assortment analysis and recommendations, maintaining business relationships with major industry vendors, and executing promotional plans and strategies.
