The Summer Associate will join the Minneapolis Banking Group, which advises clients in the Global Industrials & Tech-Enabled Services sectors. Day-to-day work includes financial analysis and modeling, preparing client presentations, and interacting with clients. The internship begins with a week-long comprehensive training program in New York and includes formal mentorship, exposure to the Leadership Team, and social and networking events with bankers across the firm. An interest in working in Minneapolis is necessary.

The expected base salary is approximately $185,000 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, education, certifications or licenses, skills, and, where applicable, location.

Requirements

• Have 3–5 years of prior work experience.
• Be currently matriculated in an MBA or JD program and within two years of graduation.
• Demonstrate top academic performance.
• Show motivation, creativity, maturity, and poise.
• Have a strong quantitative background and strong analytical skills.
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Have an interest in working in Minneapolis.
