About The Position

The Quoting Specialist supports Producers by handling quotes and RFPs for new business, aiming to make the quoting process faster, smoother, and more accurate, and then passing work cleanly to onboarding and implementation. The Implementation Specialist is primarily focused on providing support to the Account Management team on activities related to on-boarding new Small Business clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 1 year minimum of client coordination and/or claims management experience

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year Customer Service experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook & Excel).
Detail Oriented.

Responsibilities

Support Small Business end to end Client On-Boarding Life Cycle
Manage client business workflow
Support the client on-boarding and Client Service Life Cycle
Support on-boarding resolution of service-related issues in partnership with experienced team members
Maintain up-to-date records
Create and manage quotes (medical + ancillary)
Review intake forms and census data for accuracy
Build client-ready proposal spreadsheets
Help Producers with updates, changes, and questions in real time
Send completed quotes to the next team (onboarding/implementation)
Work with carriers and quoting tools like PerfectQuote
