About The Position
GoMaterials is a rapidly growing company revolutionizing the landscape industry with a B2B marketplace. We are seeking an 8-month Quote Prepper intern to join our team. This role involves processing quotes and orders, assisting the head of operations with daily tasks, and ensuring the accuracy of client-provided plant lists. The intern will play a key role in business growth and will have the opportunity to share ideas and gain practical experience, with potential for full-time employment after graduation.
Requirements
- Degree in supply chain, operations management, or related field (in progress)
- English written and spoken
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to work without direct supervision, crave ownership of your work and want yourself and others to be accountable for their work
- Comfortable with changing plans associated with a fast growing early stage start-up and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational/communication skills: the ability to prioritize and identify what really matters.
- Ability to be detail oriented.
